Terms of Service
Welcome to PDF Master, a product of Dippedbytes. By accessing or using our website, tools, API, or related services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service.
1. Use of Services
PDF Master provides online tools and API services to edit, convert, generate, merge, compress, and manage PDF and related document formats. You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
2. Accounts, Plans, and Pricing
PDF Master offers multiple plans, including Free and paid subscription plans. Each plan includes specific limits such as storage capacity, daily and monthly API calls, maximum file sizes, and support level.
- Current pricing and plan details are available on our Pricing page.
- All prices and limits are subject to change at our discretion.
- You are responsible for managing your subscription and usage.
3. Subscription Cancellation, Downgrades, and Renewals
Users may cancel their subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, expiration, or non-renewal of a paid subscription, the account will automatically revert to the Free plan.
- All premium features will be disabled immediately upon downgrade.
- No refunds will be issued for canceled, expired, or unused subscription periods.
- PDF Master is not responsible for mistaken, accidental, or unintended purchases.
4. Storage Limits and Downgrade Effects
Storage limits are determined by the active subscription plan. When a paid plan is canceled, expires, or is terminated, the storage limit will be reduced to the Free plan allocation.
If your existing stored files or operations exceed the Free plan storage limit after downgrade:
- You will not be able to generate new files or use web-based tools until sufficient storage space is freed.
- You must delete old files or past operations to bring usage within the Free plan limits.
- Existing files may remain accessible but may be subject to expiration or removal.
API requests may continue to function within Free plan limits, but actions that require additional storage may fail if storage is full.
5. API Usage and Fair Use
API access is provided for automation and integration purposes. You agree not to abuse the API, bypass usage limits, or attempt to overload, scrape, or disrupt the service.
- API keys must be kept confidential and secure.
- Abuse or excessive usage may result in throttling or suspension.
- Sandbox access is provided for testing and may have separate limits.
6. No Refund Policy
Due to the digital and consumable nature of our services, all payments made to PDF Master are final.
No refunds are provided for subscriptions, API usage, storage, or plan upgrades, including partially used billing periods.
7. User Responsibilities
- You are responsible for all files uploaded and processed through your account.
- You agree not to upload content that is unlawful, abusive, or infringes on third-party rights.
- You agree not to misuse, reverse engineer, or interfere with the platform.
8. File Storage and Expiration
Uploaded and generated files are stored temporarily and may be automatically deleted based on expiration policies, storage limits, or account status.
PDF Master is not liable for data loss resulting from expiration, downgrade, deletion, or storage limit enforcement.
9. Intellectual Property
All software, tools, APIs, documentation, and branding associated with PDF Master are the intellectual property of Dippedbytes.
